Kerala Panchayat Election 2010 Results are being released right now as the poll counting is underway since Wednesday morning. In the latest news on the Kerala Election results, the Congress led UDF is leading in many regions.
Earlier today, there seemed to be a close race between the rulling Left Democratic
Front (LDF) and the United Democratic Front (UDF) but now, the race seems to be changing the course in favour of the UDF.
The poll counting for 13 of the 14 districts in Kerala is underway today and results are slowly coming out. The result for many of the municipal corporations have been declared so far.
The Congress led United Democratic Front is also showing good hold over the municipalities by leading in several areas.

udf sweeps local bodies especially malappuram,wayanad and kochi..i hope its good for malayalees.i have sure that udf will get a big victory in next constitutional elction. congrats INC,IUML and KC(M)

Look at all these comments.They are all concerned about parties performance.
Hope someday we will vote for a candidate based on their calibre rather than party.Keralites are the most politically aware people I have seen and yet they cant see or think beyond their party.
Defeats the whole purpose of this great democratic exercise called election.
Its a relief to read the comments of a few dissillusioned people.

-Rice to 32 laks of people with Rs 2/ kg.
-made 5.5 laks houses by providing Rs 75000/ house as freeof cost.
-provided free medical insurance facility worth Rs 30000/ per family for all BPL CARD HOLDERS.

UDF, LDF, BJP, IUML all parties are good for nothing. These parties are always play ugly cast based political gimmicks. These parties are anti people, anti development and anti poor. We need a strong new PEOPLE FRIENDLY POLITICAL PARTY which should change the present corrupt and communal situation in Kerala.
