It seems that the initiative of out of court settlement taken by 90 year old Hashim Ansari has started showing colours as one of the other litigants in the Ayodhya verdict case ‘Nirmohi Akhara’ is looking forward for a negotiated settlement on the Ayodhya issue.

As per report of the close source, Nirmohi Akhara too has expressed its inclination to talk and end the dispute finally once and for all. Sources said that Nirmohi Akhara chief Mahant Bhaskar Das told over telephone that he welcomes the initiative taken by Mahant Gyan Das and Hashim Ansari and would like to be a party to bring a permanent settlement without any further delay in the unending court battle.

The Muslim Personal Law Board is however planning to appeal in the apex court but it is Ansari who took the first step towards initiating a process of reconciliation instead of again sinking the case into the unending court battle in the apex court.

Earlier, on Thursday, the court in its verdict had split the disputed land into three parts –one going to the Muslim group and the other two in the favour of the two Hindu contenders apiece.

However, the initiative of Ansari helped in improving the situation as he devised a mediating step in favour of both the community.

Bhaskar Das told that very soon the negotiation talks will start between some prominent holy persons of Ayodhya like Mahant Nrtiya Das and local Muslims and other contestants in the case.

However, Ansari being the individual litigant has no connections with the real litigant Waqf Board and this point really troubles the other who is looking forward for negotiations. Well, let’s see what is the reaction of Sunni Waqf Board to this proposal of Nirmohi Akhara?
